About Trevor Reger

I grew up in Chillicothe, Missouri (a small town in north Missouri) and became an avid outdoorsman with the great hunting and fishing opportunities nearby. I was involved in several sports which instilled a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset. I moved to Springfield, Missouri to attend Missouri State University and graduated in 2016 with my bachelor’s degree. In 2017, I married my high school sweetheart, Elizabeth, which has been one of the best decisions I ever made. We enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our friends. She pushes me to be my best in everything I do.

I have been in the insurance industry since 2018. I have a passion for helping people and putting them in a position to have a great financial future. The most rewarding part of my work is helping individuals feel confident about their financial future through insurance coverage and strategic financial planning. In 2022, I was named a Springfield Business Journal Trusted Advisor Up and Comer award winner. In August 2023, I founded 417 Insurance and Financial, LLC which is a full-service independent agency. We serve the greater 417 area by protecting their most important assets and giving individuals confidence in their financial future by being properly protected through their insurance and financial plans.

Outside of work, I am involved in Ducks Unlimited, Sunset Church of Christ, and several other organizations in the 417 area. We are avid sports fans, especially for the Missouri State Bears.
